Refunds & Returns

All the plants sold by Foliage Fanatic are insured for 10 days from the time of arrival.

If for any reason the plant dies within this period of time or has arrived in a condition we deem to be unacceptable then you will be either issued a replacement where possible or offered a full refund.

We reserve the right to request that the plant be returned to the supplier (Foliage Fanatic) for you to receive a replacement or refund and also will request photo proof of the plant and any suggested problems that it may have before a decision is made.

If it is found that the plant has suffered due to negligence on behalf of the recipient then we reserve the right to refuse any replacement or refund.

This privacy notice aims to inform you about how we collect and process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. In the context of the law and this notice, “process” means collect, store, transfer, use or otherwise act on information. It tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. Our policy is not just an exercise in complying with the law, but a continuation of our respect for you and your personal information.

We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of all information you provide to us, and hope that you reciprocate.

Our policy complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 (Act) accordingly incorporating the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Except as set out below, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website.

We may collect, use and store different kinds of personal data about you. This information includes customer names, addresses, order history, email addresses and wish lists.

You will have provided us with this data when signing up, creating wish lists and making purchases. Our website may also track certain information regarding what is searched and looked at in order for us to provide a better service to you.

You do, however, have the right to request the information that we hold on you.

All personal information and data collected will be secured securely on our secure servers at Open Cart. Here at Foliage Fanatic, we respect the importance of keeping your personal data secure by putting measures in place to maintain this.

We will use the information that we hold on you to notify of any new information such as new products or promotions. We also may use your data to see trends and what we need to adapt in order to keep our customers happy.

We do not share your information with any third party.


Changes to the privacy policy.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time, as necessary. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our website on the day you use our website. We will notify you of any updates that are made beforehand.

Shipping Policy

UK Shipping, All shipping within the UK is free. Shipments will aim to be processed within 3 working days of purchase unless stated otherwise. In the event of any delay to your shipment information will be provided via email via a member of staff.

All other regions, All shipping to regions outside the UK is priced at a flat rate  Which includes DHL's Express service and the price of the additional Phytosanitary Certificate and inspection which will be required for the plant to clear customs. Any additional inspection, customs and duty charges on arrival to the destination country will be the recipient's responsibility. Phyto Inspections will be carried out up to twice per month based on the number of orders due to be shipped. Inspections for travel documents will be booked mid and end of the month which is when any international shipments will be made. In the event of any delay to your shipment information will be provided via email via a member of staff.
